ROSSO PICENO D.O.C.

This red wine, with its great structure, its colour and its facility to be preserved, is made from Montepulciano vines, whose grapes are thinned out in order to obtain a perfect ripening of its grape-stones and from Sangiovese grapes. In such way all the typical distincticve features of the origin place, well-known for its devotion to red wine, are preserved.wine making and the following refinement in oak tubs give to this wine a fast colour as well as more volume and smoother taste.wine to taste with grilled meat or to sip by oneself or with friends between meals.

OFFIDA D.O.C. PASSERINA

White wine , with its light straw colour, its spiced scent and its slightly acid and bitter taste due to its primary flavours, i made from carefully select Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino grapes, worked with a very delicate process at a low temperature. It is bottled after resting and decanting in very up to date small tanks.

This wine must be tasted at a temperature of 12°c, to match with fish or white meat

MARCHE I.G.T. ROSE'

Rosè colour wine with its violet shades, its intense scent and its soft taste, is made from must of Sangiovese vines, after fermentation at a low temperature without the grape skins. This extremely refined wine must be tasted new instead of spicy white wines and aged red wines.

It must be preserved in a cool place away from light and it must be tasted cold

MARCHE I.G.T. RED

Red wine is made from carefully select Sangiovese grapes after pressing and fermenting for about one week in tank at a temperature of 20°c and drawn from the vat when it is still sweet. Like this we obtain a full bodied wine with low contents of tannin.

Excellent wine to be tasted at a temperature of 18°-20°c with meat

MARCHE I.G.T. WHITE

Wine, with its sweet smell and pleasant taste is given by Trebbiano aged vines grown on th clayey southward hillside which give a limited grape harvesting with very particular enological features, together with a scrupolous wine making technique.wine to be tasted new and cool with fish and white meat.
