The olive-tree and the oil pressed out of its fruits, together with the vine and the wheat, are very ancient factors at the roots of Mediterrenean civilization.
The olives picked from our trees are pressed in our farm oil mill. This process produces first rate olive oil, strictly certified organically grown. The sorts of our olive-trees are LECCINO, FRANTOIO, SARGANO, CARBONCELLA and ASCOLANA.
The olives rigorously picked by hand and pressed within 4 hours in our cold pressing oil-mill give our oil particular organoleptic and high quality features.
